"My hubby went here recommended by the only so called eye professional in Ladysmith, Erik Ostenso. My husband's cataracts were so bad he could barely see, everything was totally cloudy with double vision. This so called eye doctor at Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic said there was nothing that could be done and he should just get used to it and learn to live with it. He was also told it was just part of aging and offered no help or suggestions. At my insistance, my husband found a qualified eye doctor. He just had surgery, and now has his vision back. Sight is precious. If you need help, seek out a qualified professional. Don't settle for poor eye care with a money grubbing quack who packs in medicare patients for profit, instead of providing great care to the clients who come to him believing they will receive good, professional care. This is not a business that can be counted on for good eye care. Do your homework, read the reviews. Normally if there are more than one bad review, it means go somewhere else."

"My doctor was Dr. Grey. I had been telling him for more than a year that I was having problems with vision in my right eye. Things looked grey and foggy and couldn't see as well. He assured me everything was ok, it was just normal aging. My vision got so bad that I finally went to an Optomitrist. He diagnosed me with a Macular Hole. I was referred to Dr Dow, and he referred me to a Vitreo-Retinal specialist. The specialist told me it was the biggest macular hole he had ever seen. I had surgery to correct the hole. He was not able to restore my vision as much as it could have been if I had been seen as soon as I started to have symptoms. I would never recommend Dr Grey to anyone unless you want to lose your vision."
