"Love the folks who work there, BUT do not love rhetoric fact that they have an “up-charge “ for stamps and do not admit that. Was charged $76.25 for 100 stamps, instead of the $68 that the Post Office charges. Clerk denied it, but another clerk verified when I returned 200 stamps for a refund. Ludicrous"

"Went in to send a package and I needed help with getting the mailing form printed out. The man was EXTREMELY rude, his attitude was so far out of line. He refused to help and told me that it would just come out fuzzy and was just not helpful. I would 100%suggest that no one use this store."

"Most of the people I've very briefly dealt with at this location have been helpful and friendly. Zero issues. However, I had very significant problems after paying for a package of mine to be dropped off at this location for me to pick up. What seems to be a supervisor there (the oldest worker I've seen there) decided to refuse the package because "it was too big and not enough space in the store". Nothing I could do. Turns out, that actually meant my package was being "returned to sender". Yes it was a big box. I understand that. I also understand holidays are crazy for shippers, but why not warn me first? I paid $130 to have it shipped, plus the $5.99 to have it dropped off at a UPS access point. Now, after talking to the small shop I ordered from, I can have it shipped again to me, but only after paying $130 again! Very unhappy with all of this. All because someone thought it'd be a good idea to refuse and then return to sender one of my packages. Not dealing with this UPS location again."

"They have later drop off hours here for packages if you need to get something shipped. Many other locations cut off time is at 3/3:30/4. Their ground and air shipping hours are a bit later which is why I come to this location. The staff is always friendly and efficient and there is rarely a line. If there is there is usually more than one person helping people and they are good at their job. Not bashing other locations just acknowledging my preference for this one."
