"My son had a severe concussion from ski accident and was taken here. I was all alone and shaken. Staff here took great care of him and also helped us calm down. Everyone Also was so great. Security guard who is originally from England came and talk to us and kiddo, gave kiddo a toy car, his favorite. Very nice people, doctor and everyone."
"I don't always have good luck with this emergency room. Usually they are in a rush and understaffed for the amount of patients and not very thorough. I went there the other night and the emergency room doctor and nurse was very thorough and careful despite the fact that the staff had a lot of patients."
