"Never been treated so poorly in my life going with ripped tendons out of my chest shoulder and back get sent home with nothing doctor never submitted my MRI request for 2 weeks took me calling six different times talking with the insurance company to finally get him to submit the request. Never gave me a doctor's note for work. Requested another one 3 days later still nothing on file. A week later. I guess I'll just sit at home and antagonizing pain and wait for it to healing correctly because I'm not getting medical treatment"
