"So far so good. Better if they try to get people in quicker. More Doctors!"
"Very very minimal care for a lot of money. My wife also went in to get an ultrasound done which they didn’t print pictures out. They also charged extra for just being there. The wait time is ridiculous and they are unprofessional. Please seek care elsewhere even if you have to drive a bit."
"The staff, nurses, and doctors, were curteous and professional; they treated me with great care and respect during my unexpected, urgent need."
"They do a good job once you get into a room with speeding the process along, but don't be surprised if you wait 45 minutes to an hour in the lobby while listening to them talk about what sounds good for lunch and what they are doing on the weekend."
"Would give zero if I could.....I have been to the urgent care a few times without any issue but today that changed....The NP in the urgent care was horrible today. I do believe a few bad apples can ruin a business and you're reputation will be hurt if the business continues to employ rude NP's. I have never felt more belittled. The NP didn't give me the time of day from the second she walked into the room. The first time she was maybe in there a few minutes, asked a couple questions and left without me even finishing or explaining more. You think it would be important to spend some time with the pt and hear the complaints. I understand it can be busy so didn't think much of it. But upon discharge is what really was bothersome. The NP stood in the doorway - talking to me.... can we say HIPPA? Anyone nearby could have easily heard everything she said. There is suppose to be privacy. Still not the biggest issue. The biggest issue is when we had different opinions on a subject. Instead of educating a pt, respecting autonomy and acting professional, she continued to be rude, belittle me, and act unprofessional. I am not unfamiliar with healthcare- in fact I am a RN that works at a hospital. I have never seen a NP talk to a patient like that. I sure am glad my hospital does not employ NPs like that. That is a sure way to make patients complain and never come back.... maybe that is why you chose urgent care? As patients have no choice in who they see- because surely no one would choose you in a clinic setting.... As a NPs job you are suppose to listen to the patient and educated - Not just demand I do something you believe in and then storm off before the patient can respond. Worst part was you stormed off before I could say anything. I sure hope you don't treat other patients with so little dignity and respect again. You will be a reason people do not trust in the medical field- pushing you're beliefs on someone without even knowing or hearing the patients side. Healthcare is not a one fit all. It's not so much we disagreed that is upsetting - it's the way you handle yourself, attitude and how you make others feel. I hope no one ever makes you feel the way you made me feel. I will continue to support and advocate for patients right - while you continue to bully your beliefs onto others without providing listening skills, getting a complete story from the patient, education, teaching or respect to patients."
