"Paid for express/next day shipping on a Thursday and the website said it’d be delivered Monday (Halloween) at the end of the day so I figured I was screwed based on the reviews but a v sweet delivery man waited by the gate at the front of my house to hand deliver me my package around 2pm the day of. So package was earlier than expected but definitely not next day shipping. The delivery driver deserves a raise though he was so nice :,)"

"Worst shipping company ever. Delivered a fragile package that was leaking. Obviously you damaged it. They also lost a very expensive fragile package before this and never contacted anyone. They just kept updating tracking to say expected delivery the following day for weeks. Obviously it's a shipment I've received since I've attached a photo. I don't need any help. Is this a bot response? The response is about as helpful as Ontrac itself is!"

"Should have a zero star choice available. OnTrac is absolutely the worst and I always request that they not be used if ordering anything. They are always late, they even sometimes hold onto packages overnight and still scan them to say delivered and then bring them the next day, and a lot of the drivers just toss packages onto porches without any care. My last three blue apron orders went through OnTrac and we're supposed to be delivered on Friday, and all three have been held by them and delivered on Monday so all the food has been ruined everytime. Also, I believe if they can't deliver the food by next day, they are supposed to return it to the source. But no, they drop it off 3 days late. Absolutely nothing against Blue Apron, I understand they use whatever shipping method is fastest for whatever area, but I called Blue Apron to let them know what was going on with our local OnTrac and that I wanted to use a different shipping company entirely so I got switched to Saturday delivery when OnTrac isn't delivering so it will be FedEx. Excellent customer service with Blue Apron, but be warned, OnTrac is completely unreliable!"
