I needed help returning a large box of furniture to bye sellet and Robert helped me bring the box into the store while his wife (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) was able to print the return Fed Ex label provided by the seller. I received a seller’s refund the same day."

In the end we were able to get the package shipped a different way. I appreciated his time in helping me so I didnt have to find a new FedEx location!"
