"Great local bike shop. The owner is very friendly, accommodating and competent. Prices are not egregious. He's a Giant dealer, but he will work on any brand of ebike (except for the motor hub itself and the battery). I've had other bike shops refuse to any work on my HeyBike CityRun-- so BikeHaus is a breath of fresh air in that regard. For a small shop-- they are very well stocked. I did have to have them order a new seat post for me, and it arrived within a few days. At any rate, check these guys out. They are one of the best shops I've dealt with in over fifty years of cycling (so I've dealt with a lot of them)."

"Great bike shop! I randomly called in on a Saturday and Bill made it really easy to talk about potential issues I was facing (and suggested solutions/inspections to get me going). With summertime, there is a decent backlog if you need to get a tune-up so I would be mindful about that. It was worth it in the end as they figured out the weird noise I was experiencing. Update for late April 2023: I went back recently after getting hit by a car to do a safety checkup. The great thing is how they wanted to just clear things up before pursuing a safety checkup service (which costs a good amount of money) and got everything squared away without needing the checkup. When I had an issue that was unrelated to my newly installed front wheel, they actually fixed it for free after I mistakenly assumed it was due to the installation. As much as I probably should have checked out the used market for a new front wheel beforehand, I'm perfectly happy continuing my business here. On a side note, they kind of taught me a bit on fixing my disc brake rub which is insanely annoying in addition to my frame being a quick-release. They could have technically charged me like 15 bucks a pop per squeal but didn't so more power to this shop"

"Being a cyclist and looking for a bike shop that meets high standards is tough. Kevin has far exceeded experience and expectations for what the bike culture should be. From basic entry level questions on sales or service to the high level performers in all disciplines. Small shop does not equal small service. Highly recommend."
