"Horrible experience. Ordered HO hardshell boot on a Friday. Got a call from the store on Monday at 5pm telling me they were now out of stock due to high sales over the weekend. When I asked why they didn't pull my order on Friday and waited until Monday, I was told it was due to high sales over the weekend. It was obvious to me that they waited to pull my order and ship it until Monday instead of pulling it on Friday when I ordered it. Very disappointing."
