"Excellent experience with having Piepho deliver our household goods after a cross country move. Jason and his team were courteous, friendly and easy to work with. They were quick to offload 7 crates and very helpful in making sure that our inventory was accounted for. We had zero damaged or missing items. Thank you!"

"Piepho's was honest and fair. I was able to get a walk-through estimate quickly, and they had the best price. They moved a three bedroom home with a two car garage and shed, and got the big tractor trailer down a long, narrow winding dirt road...backwards! The foreman clearly knew his stuff. The crew of young men were efficient. Three of them were super polite and careful, and a few of them were rude and careless. After the truck was loaded I had to sign away my right to complain about damages. Sure enough, something heavy fell on the control panel of my treadmill, causing a long, deep scratch. Many items were damaged (broken plates, scratched table tops, furniture doors that no longer close properly). Sometimes fast is just too fast, and they should have slowed down just a bit to take more care. As I watched them loading the truck, I saw the crew dropping things. All in all, the good outweighed the bad, and I'd hire them again."

"Piepho Moving and Storage did a wonderful job with our entire move. The pre-move estimate was thorough and transparent. The movers arrived on time and were professional and polite. They packed all items in an organized, safe, and efficient manner. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Items and furniture arrived undamaged. The overall cost was a bit expensive but worth the money. I don’t leave reviews often, and I have had prior bad experiences with movers. But these movers are great and would use them again if I have to move again."

I was nervous, I have never moved all my stuff before, but each interaction with employees helped keep me at ease. Fran, gave me my quote, which was spot on! He answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner and was very kind. Matt and Brad helped load my furniture, they walked me through the process, what they were labeling, and what would happen once they took it to the warehouse. They were professional, personable, and handled all my items with care. Lynn sent me my invoice and was wonderful, she emailed me an update each time my furniture went to a new location, told me when it would get delivered, and even called to check in while the local Florida company for Allied was unloading my items to my new apartment. Everything got here in one piece, was well packaged, and there were no damaged items. These people are wonderful, don't hesitate to choose them!"
