"After 10+ years here, I will be switching my family to a provider that can actually adequately serve their patients. No reason at all the on-call Dr. Hart can't manage to call in a prescription after 9 hours. And if she truly wasn't able to make the call after 9 hours, perhaps support staff should follow up so the 3 year old patient receives the care and medication when she should, not when the doctor and staff decide to find the time to make a 2 minute phone call. Your welcome for doing your job and going last minute to Tamarack/MMC to the on-call there so we could get meds tonight!"

"Your receptionist are rude, they have no experience in customer service. Every time i call the first will tell you we are book, no openings. They don’t make an effort to sent a message to a doctor or nurse to check if they can do something especially if a patient is need to see a doctor. I did quit coming to this clinic, but one of the staff who works at the reception desk her name is Judy told me to ask for her because she knew i’ve been coming to this clinic for so many years. This morning i called i asked for her, the receptionist name Jenna told me she’s not in, and when i explained to Jenna what Judy told me, Jenna told me right away “we’re book” I asked if she could send a message to my doctor, but she said no, we have no openings. What happened to this place? Year ago when i called they alway reached to the provider’s nurse, and the nurse get back to the patient. Train your receptionist to be more polite, be respectful. I am going to quit going to this place for good."

"I wouldn't take a animal to this place. They canceled my husband and my appointments and never bothered to call to let us know till we drove from mellen. Then refused to call my husband's meds for depression in till his rescheduled appointment which they didn't reschedule for another month and he was already five days without his meds so now he has to go 35 days with no depression medication. They are very short staffed and I have to deal with my edema for another week."

"I value the wonderful care I receive from my doctor(s) here along with the rest of the friendly staff! I appreciate the hard work everyone is putting in to make the clinic run, especially during these hectic times. I know I can always count on quality care from people that care. Thank you!!"

"My doctor experiences have been very good. The manager/director/HR of the clinic should be fired for the maddening anoint of time it takes to make or cancel an appointment. When I first moved here after calling multiple times to schedule an appointment I actually stopped in to ask if phones were broken. I am not exaggerating when I say 10-15 minute wait times to even hear and “operator” say, can you hold please. It’s unbelievable how poorly run this place ."
