Get there, oh no you need a new rear derailleur (50$) and itl be way more to intall it because we only work on treks($?).. (coulda told me on the phone when I told them the make and modle of ebike)then.. trys to sell me derailleur for 50 when its 20 online at walmart or amazon, then got mad at me for telling him i wanted i higher quality one, he said the bike I bought is killing mom and pop shops like his (just wanted the fastest ebike on the market for under 2000$ and he didnt have it and was being super nice to the guy the whole time) then took it to another place.. guy fixed it for free..(tipped him 50 and had to force it on him) It was the way I!!!! put it back on vs this guy telling me my spring is broken..idk,,,, ppl have their bad days but this was pretty shady"
"To whom it may concern (preferably the owner), I normally do not complain, however, this customer (dis)service needs to be addressed. I have been going to this store since 2019. I spent $1500.00 on a new bike there. I also bought all the add-ons and have my bike serviced there regularly as well. Today, Wednesday (06/21), @ 2:30 I stopped in and politely asked the attendant to please check the air pressure in my tires. He was extremely rude and told me he was busy, come back another time and that he charges $12.00 do check air pressure. I've never been charged for this in 4 years. I assume he is relatively new as I didn't recognize him or know his name. I would hate to have to go elsewhere to service my bike especially since I bought it at this store which is in my neighborhood. I hope this issue can be resolved. Until then, I will not be supporting this store or company. very offended, -Thom Karopoulos"
"The guy working the front was very condescending and rude. Came in excited to fix up our old high school bikes, but when we asked questions or were asked things we didn't know (like whether we have road tires, or what kind of handles the bike has) we were met with condescending remarks. Not everyone who comes in is going to be knowledgeable about bikes, and it's not fun to be treated like your dumb for not knowing specialized things when you're trying to support a local business. The whole time we were in there he also was more preoccupied talking with another customer (seemed like a regular or coworker) who was also condescending about us not knowing bike specific terms. As soon as we left the store, the guy working put a be right back sign up and locked the door which seemed odd too. We're going to give the place another try, as we were able to find what we needed. But I really hope they focus more on customer service!"
"I took my bike in because it was having shifting problems. There was only one person working in the shop and he stopped what he was doing, looked my bike over, made some adjustments, put air in my tires, and I was out the door in 5 minutes. He didn't even charge me! What wonderful service! Thank you for being so neighborly! I will be back!!"
"Awesome bike shop in the greenhaven area! My friend walked in for a true 5 minutes in and out tightened his hubs too and guess what? IT WAS FREE!!! I came in for my brake hose to be shortened and it was done in 1 day and they bled it too have been working amazing since. They also tuned my gears for a really good price. I wouldn't think twice going to another bike shop this one is just awesome!"
