"*Patients Beware* Application process is extremely cold. It’s all animated and there is no one to reach out to when the computer fails. It didn’t seem to matter my credentials, just if I was fast enough to set up an interview when they mass text times available to everyone who applied. Essentia has stood me up for 2 interviews this week. When I email the office, I get a “position filled” auto reply. They obviously don’t care about the human side of their hires, and that should scare their patients."

"I’ve had many therapists over the years but finally landed on and kept Kenna Bolton-Holz. I started seeing her 2.5 years ago. She so kind and so good at what she does. I can talk about anything without discomfort. I’m a JW, and while she may or may not believe the same things as I do, she supports and encourages me to do what’s best for me. "I’d like to thank Essentia Health for teaching me to advocate for myself. I cannot remember the last time I was able to refill a prescription with there being many delays often resulting in getting my meds late. I have learned to babysit Essentia Health as they try to get their poop in a group so that I get my meds in time. I have started making a log of who I speak with and the date/time of our conversations. Thank God my meds are not for my heart because I would not make it if Essentia was in charge."

The staff is always friendly and treats mom with respect, understanding that someone who is hard of hearing is not unintelligent they just can't hear or understand what if being said.
