"I have NEVER been to a doctor who could have cared less about anything I had to say. The entire staff in that place treats your like trash. You hear nurses complaining to each other about union stuff in front of patients. They forgot to put in orders for important things and blame it on each other. This hospital is a JOKE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!"

"My husband has had many surgeries at Essentia, the last being in November for open heart surgery. We can not say enough about the personel and procedures. We are so thankful that we have Essentia health near us."

"This building could use more outside signage with arrows on where to enter as a pedestrian (being the side facing Fitger's is not usable) and also more directives for those parking. More signs inside too would be nice as it would increase accessibility overall."

"Use to be really good IMO but has gone down hill. Doctors I have had over all have been good. scheduling, wait time, and labs closing time is a headache. I do not understand why labs close the same time as the clinic? It’s always a given by the end of the day appointments are running behind and by the time it’s my kids turn.. have to come back for labs another day because they are now closed. This is the second time it’s happened to us… wouldn’t be a big deal other than we live an hour away. We decided to travel this far for top notch care.. but this is a major inconvenience along with not getting out of a routine appointment until 5:30 the appointment time is 4.. most of that time just spend waiting."

"Absolutely horrendous receptionists. Tried getting through to OB/GYN a few minutes ago, and one lady whom I talked to twice was rude. This had been a problem with this building for a long time. Ridiculous."
