"I have had pleasant experiences here in the past, but last night, I left urgent care crying because of one of the doctors. I felt like I wasn’t being heard as she was very dismissive, and didn’t seem to care very much about my migraine feeling better when I was in excruciating pain. Was really short with me and I didn’t appreciate it. Not sure if I’ll come back to this urgent care if Brittany McCullough, APRN, DNP is working."

"Brought our 8 year old son to the Urgent Care and while we were there multiple people with nothing more than Sneezing were put in front of him when we finally got in to see a doctor an hour and a half later the doctor saw him for less than 4 minutes for an allergic reaction. His face, hands, and feet were swollen to the point where he had a hard time walking. They didn't do ANY tests. The doctor acted like we were an nuisance. I understand sometimes people have to go ahead of other people based on they've symptoms. But as I said it hurt for him to walk his extremities were so swollen. That to me indicates, for a 8 year old there's a problem.we will never go there again"

"These people turned my father away because he was in a wheel chair, and they felt that it would be too annoying to deal with. If you're disabled, I'd avoid this place because they will probably just end up neglecting you, and misdiagnosing you until you die, because they don't want to take the time to help you. I'm incredibly surprised they haven't been shut down for discrimination and ADA noncompliance. I wish I had the option to give them zero stars, because they should be shut down."

"Over the past few years I have been to Miller Creek urgent care at this location and the previous. The staff has always been very courteous and accommodating and as well I have to give a very specific shout out to doctor Ben Johnson. A few years back I Been dealing with a lengthy and difficult sickness, had seen different doctors including a couple different Specialists. One afternoon while being so worn down and just completely at my end of energy and dealing with this I went to urgent care and ultimately doctor Ben Johnson Determined what actually was going on with me and set me on a correct of course... And this was after Roughly a year of seeing other doctors and specialists. I have been back and of had the luck to again have Dr. Johnson, He is an absolute rock star, He knows his stuff and Gets to the point of getting you well and I appreciate that so much! There should be more doctors like him. Yes the powers that be at St Luke's want to know more, Just reach out to me."
