I had a couple of complex edge and base repairs and they did an amazing job getting them back to near perfection even though another ski shop said they were not repairable. "Dont normally write reviews but this place deserves the time it takes. The staff went way above and beyond in helping us. It's late in the season and I can not find snow pants anywhere. I called this place just in hope that I can find something before my trip to Tahoe. The very nice woman went over what sizes they had and price points to get an idea over the phone. I showed up about 2 hours later for her to greet me at the door and asked if I was the man who called. She then preceded to show me a whole assortment of different sizes and colors she had hand picked out before I got there so it would make my shopping experience easy. She went way above and beyond.
