"I totally agree with another review… totally unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use Webb pool service. I paid them $1639.00 for a new filter. Lance put it in and left. The new filter is leaking and lance refuses to come back and fix it. He also just left the old filter and the big box that the new filter came in for me, a senior disabled guy for me to dispose of. I was actually outside in my yard when he left. No good bye, I’m done… nothing. I was stunned to see the old filter and cardboard box sitting there and NO Lance. I called him and he told me it would be another $100 for him to get rid of the old filter. He couldn’t have told me that before he left??? So, Lance and Webb pool was FIRED."

Called Webb Pool and Spa and spoke with Ashley (extremely nice and professional lady) and she explained how they always call their customers back and she will help get my inflatable pool water to the correct testing levels. They also offer delivery of chemicals to your home, free of charge! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!"
