"Perhaps my experience was unique, but I will never return to this shop. I asked a simple clarifying question concerning a firearms transfer form... the owner proceeded to literally yell, in a shop full of people, "I can't fill out the form for you!!!" Wow. All I could do was laugh at the pompousness. As a lifetime hunter and shooting enthusiast... I can't in good conscience recommend this place of business. Response to Charlene: My visit was on 4/13/23 and my interaction was with Daniel. I deliberately waited to post this review, because I didn't want to submit an emotional response. I recognize the challenges (and stress) in CA for both buyers and sellers to navigate our strict and often ridiculous gun laws. So, I do not offer criticism lightly or without regard. This is why I preempted my comment above. From the outside looking in, your place of business and the employees within seem well respected and appreciated. This simply was not my experience with one individual... and it was significant enough for me to take my business elsewhere, and submit my experience for the consideration of others."
