"The team at Trek San Marcos is Top Notch. Starting with Kelsey that’s always friendly, communicative and super supportive. Kelsey helped me with a recent bike purchase that I wouldn’t have made had he not taken the time to guide me to the most suitable bike for my riding needs. The service staff always does quality work and very quickly! Stoked to have this Trek location so close to home. Been recommending friends and family because of the great repeat experiences. Thanks fellas!"
"Are the bikes expensive? Yes. But their sales environment was very non-confrontational and my questions were asked kindly and without judgement. While I didn’t buy a bike the day I went in, I still left the store as a more informed customer for when the time comes to make that purchase."
"Repair required: the gear shifter for the three gears upfront had quit working. Therefore, I wanted it replaced. They ordered the part(s) and installed the assembly in a timely manner. Throughout the process the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.* * “knowledgeable” There’s a word I don’t write down very often. And now that I do I see it looks like gobbledygook. (“Yes, English can be weird. It can be understood through tough thorough thought, though.” ~David Burge)"
"Took my bike in for a rear flat tire. On my e-bike. Jerry from the service department greeted me helped me to get my bike inside put it up on the rack explained the process and the cost. I was supplying my own tube as my bike has odd size tires. And Jerry spent as much time as was needed to make sure that the job was done correctly. Even though there was a line of people waiting behind me with similar problems. He said we treat every customer as though there are best customer and that's why people come back. He is a credit to your company and to customer service and while he was doing this he was wearing Christmas decorations to maintain a festive spirit even while all of the holiday stress was going on. I will be back to see Jerry when I need service done on my bike. Trek he is a great employee and deserving of a pay increase and recognition."
"I wish I could give this place 10 stars, seriously. I came into Trek to fix a flat tire on my bike that kept going flat with an air leak. When I walked in, a young guy whose name started with a D greeted me and told me they could definitely fix it. I had to wait around 20 minutes to be seen by Jerry who found the hole, showed it to me, then changed it all out! Ian rang me up and the total cost of fixing a hole in the inner tube was 27 dollars and something cents. It was 10 dollars for the new inner air tube and a little more than 17 dollars for the labor of them installing it. Everyone here is super nice, and the store is fully stocked and well organized. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy anything bike related, or need service on pedal bikes/electric bikes."
