"They have a Chester’s Chicken but it’s never open. It doesn’t matter the day of the week it seems like it’s always shut down. I’ve stopped at 4pm-5pm which you would think would be dinner time and nothing. Its not even worth stopping and taking a break if you want something warm. They have truck parking that’s usually open, though if you’re just taking a quick break, you’re better off going to Kwik Trip up the road."
"Amazing we continue to allow these people into our country. All spots full with dropped trailers and cars holding spots for local drivers. Parked out of the way to run in for 5 minutes for a coffee and to use the bathroom. When I got to check out, Mexican lady refused to let me pay for coffee told me to get my truck off a lot. When I asked if I could just pay for the coffee and then leave she proceeded to make racist/anti white remarks to me."
"Stopped here for the Mexican restaurant. After I ordered the old desk lady barged into and the restaurant and barked WHO HAS THE BLACK TRUCK YOU NEED TO LEAVE!!… I was parked well out of the way of any traffic and I had planned on dropping $800 on fuel there in the morning. Not willing to work with me or anything. Had to leave “CUZ THA BOSS SAYS SO!” Okay what’s his number??? “ I AIN GIVIN DAT OUT!!” It’s a shame honestly. Half ate my food and left I’ll never be back. Half the lot is taken by dropped trailers and locals. They Are okay to park wherever. She literally snickered at me and laughed “WELL YA SHOULDA GOT HUR SOONER” But me? The tired trucker. I am the bad man. Don’t ever stop here."
"On our way home from Madison and was forced to stop here for gas. First the bathrooms were under construction and had a woman's sign in a mens room that was open to the workers to walk in on. Second the employees seem to find their side conversations more important than tending to the customers. Barley acknowledged my husband and forgot to ask if he had gas and which he did but we had been traveling and he forgot to say something, so we had to turn around because for whatever reason we couldn't pay over the phone should have just gone to kwik trip"
"Pretty good stop if you're traveling and don't want to deal with the big boy truck stops. The restaurant inside is great. As I now can't remember the type of dish I had, but if you visit, and open the first part of the menu its the one that says "baked" on the far right of the menu... Anyway. the gas station bathroom is clean. Decent driver lounge when I walked by. Staff is friendly. All in all, a good stop."
