"Called 818 tire at 6:30 to make sure the advertised closing time of 10:00 pm was correct. I was told he would be closing at 9: 00 pm. I ordered uber and arrived at his shop at 7:20 to find he had closed for the night. I had just spoken with him and assured him I was coming. I dont have money to give to uber to joyride back and forth."
