"We have used Craig’s Limo Service several times with great success. But recently we made a reservation, confirmed the reservation 24 hours ahead of time, and were coming back from a 14 hour flight from Europe when they didn’t bother to show up to pick us up at the airport. We called when we saw there was no driver and he told us a driver would be there in 45 minutes. We were exhausted from our flight and my husband was furious so we just took an Uber and we will never use them again because they are not reliable."

"We made a reservation with Craigslimo on August 22, 2016 for a pick up service at LAX on September 14, 2016. We chose them over others because they were very near our home, and felt that it would be very convenient for both parties. We received an email with a confirmation code from a person named Sean thanking us for our order. When we arrived at LAX, and called the number provided on the email and website. The person that answered told us that we had no reservation, and that we were supposed to have emailed the office to confirm the order. We read them the confirmation number right off the email that we took with us on our trip. The person on the phone said they could not do anything for us without the confirmation. We asked how we had a confirmation code generated by them if no confirmation had been created in the first place. the person on the phone said that they would try, and find us a ride. After a few calls back and forth with excuses, still no ride, and 2 hours sitting at LAX exhausted we called another company and got a ride within 30 minutes. The other company went out of their way to get us a ride, and even sent a driver who was actually not in service that night just to get us home. It did cost us almost twice what Craigslimo would have cost, but it was WELL WORTH IT."

"Terrible limo company. We scheduled them to pick up my wife and I after our wedding to take us to our hotel from the venue. They got lost on the way to us, were an hour late, and had a different car from what I requested. When I brought this to the owner's attention, all he offered were excuses saying that we made his driver wait for an hour and that he told me already that if his Escalade wasn't available, we'd get what they had. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. I'd never touch this company again."
