"I ordered a Diety headset from Jensen, upon arrival the item was used and damaged. Jensen would not refund my money claiming it was used. They are right it was used prior to me receiving it. The item was sent back to them the very next day after I inspected the item for installation. Movimg forward I would recommend anybody wanting to not be ripped off by Jensen use another company. Jensen USA does not check their shipment prior to shipping. $65 isn’t much . However I should have received a new headset or at least able to swap for a non damaged one. JENSEN USA YALL SUCK BUNCH OF THIEVES !"

"I placed an order for overnight delivery well before their cutoff time. The package did not arrive the next day like I paid for. I try to email them... no way to do that. I tried to call them... they are too busy to answer. I text them and eventually get a response. I asked them where my package was, they claimed ups doesn't guarantee next day delivery and that it was on them. I contacted UPS and they don't even have the package. Will the package ever get shipped... only time will tell."

"I just wanted to state how incredibly disappointed I am in JensonUSA. I ordered some new parts for my MTB and was shocked to receive used parts in my order. This is the third time I've ordered from JensonUSA and it it came as a real shocker!! All the boxes were torn, the parts were not wrapped and the shifter and Derailleur are clearly used, dusty with grease smeared everywhere, not just on the parts. This order was over $600 bucks in parts!! I did not buy or expect to receive used or open box items!! I ordered the parts in preparation for a trip to Colorado and Utah, now I don't know if my MTB will be ready on time. It's outrageous anyone would try to sell you something like this and charge you as if it was new. At this point not really sure what to do as they won't even pick up the phone. This is incredibly infuriating!!!"

"I would never order anything big from jenson again. I ordered a yeti. but needed to cancel the order a couple hours later jenson ignored my request and sent the bike anyway. the bike showed up with the back corner of the box cut out like it had been crushed. jenson ignored my issue. about 30 rides later the rear hub cracked. jenson ignored my issue. who knows if the frame is cracked. jenson is not a bike shop. they are a high volume tele market style sales group. once they get your payment you are nothing to them. support your local bike shops"

"April 10th- Order a part needed quickly. April 14 - Part shows up. Simple mistake they shipped me a broken part. Start warranty. April 21 - Some how still have not managed to solve this simple issue. I typically buy most my non local bike shop parts from Jensons. I am done, there are plenty of other shops and amazon to buy from. Not sure why the customer service has taken such a huge drop. Jensons, why such a cluster over a $20 part I needed ASAP? HOw do you manage to screw up handling this? Either way I am done with this place. I will find another shop to order from."
