"Unlike the previous reviewer (Rockstar R6), I had the complete opposite experience walking into the bike shop when I went on two separate occasions within the same week. The first time I visited the store was during the week just to buy a cleaning kit for my bike chain. The sales associate helped me with selecting the cleaning kit and lube to apply after my bike chain was cleaned. He also went ahead on how to properly maintain the bike with simple maintenance as well. The second time I went in was on the weekend, which they remembered me when I came in previously during the week. This time I went around to get checkout the road bikes they kept in their inventory. The sales associate gave me great information on all the road bikes they had plus the bikes that compared to a Cannondale Synapse in their store. I will be sure to come back later in the year when it comes to upgrading to a better road bike. Best."

"I’m new to the cycling world so I decided to try this store and possibly seek an upgrade option for a new saddle. Needless to say I should’ve stayed home and shopped online. I was greeted when I walked in at least and that’s how far customer service went. I stood in front of the saddles for about 10-15 minutes and neither of the 2 old dudes at the counter could’ve gave a care in the world to ask if I needed help or to get off there butt and assist a customer, there conversations and uses of there phones was way more important then possibly making a sale. I was so excited to buy a new saddle and bring it home, and all I got was no service no saddle waste of gas and time. I really hope the owner is doing well in other stores because workers like that is what gives places a bad name."

"Once again the service team delivers! Believe it or not, I had a cracked rim! They had one in stock, swapped out the cassette and put the tube/tire back on in less than 10 minutes while I waited. "I bought two bikes from here for my sons. I had to bring them each back once to get adjusted and fixed (not abnormal). They helped me right away and were very professional. Fixed the bikes and we were back on the trails the same day. Great service and good to know for anyone thinking about buying used versus getting the service and warranty.
