"Was on hold for 20 minutes and got hung up on trying to refill a medication I absolutely need, had to call the store manager to get it filled, then waited over and hour line. I just wished Walgreens would properly staff their pharmacy, it's ridiculous how your treating your employees and were the ones dealing with it."

"Since october this place has been significantly going downhill. The amount of prescriptions I have placed that don’t get filled for WEEKS is outrageous. My doctor put in a prescription after an appointment and it wasn’t touched for THREE weeks, then it says out of stock, okay whatever, i check again every few days and then it says cancelled. I called and was confused on why they can just go and cancel my prescription and the lady says “oh we are about 3 weeks behind” okay? so that gives u the right to cancel peoples prescriptions they can die without? Recently placed another order about two weeks ago and yet again, another cancelling on their end. what a surprise. will be switching asap and I hope many others will too."

I find myself having to call them persistently for over a week just to get my prescription processed, a task that seems to depend solely on my initiative. The management appears to have allowed the service standards to drop, a stark contrast to the past efficiency where prescriptions were filled the same day. I recognize that staffing challenges may play a role, but it's unreasonable for customers to endure weeks-long waits for their medications. My attempts to understand the cause of these delays were met with indifferent and unprofessional responses. Promises of having my prescriptions ready have repeatedly been broken, and my efforts through calls and visits have led nowhere, often concluding with abrupt hang-ups. This situation is particularly concerning given the critical nature of these medications for my health. Due to these ongoing problems, I am compelled to find a new pharmacy after I receive my current prescriptions. It's disappointing to see such a decline in what was once a dependable service."

"Literally go anywhere else! This is the 2nd time I've tried picking up my prescriptions this week only to be told they haven't been filled when I have actual texts saying they are ready. Not to mention the 45 minute wait times and incompetent staff. Anywhere else has to be better than this!"
