My child's doctor sent in an amoxicilan prescription and they called me within minutes to tell me due to the shortage they didn't have the one she sent in, while we were still in the exam room!! Even the doctor was impressed. She was able to send in a prescription for one they had while I was still on the phone with them. My kiddo had the flu and an ear infection and was crying in pain. That medicine couldn't come soon enough and their efforts saved us a lot of time. I couldn't imagine sitting with her at another place, crying and in pain, while they figured it all out.
