"Great customer service if you are able to get a hold of them within the limited business hour after going through the "automated" message system. Overall good and affordable sunglasses, however if you come across an issue like "having an outdated shipping address" and trying to change it right after check out, hang on tight, it is almost impossible to get a refund or change that shipping address."

"I had the exact opposite, I think the customer service was great both times I called but the lab is behind and it takes wayyyy longer than the so called promised 8-10 days. Its been 3 weeks and mine hasn't even shipped yet, COVID isn't helping I'm sure, but if that's the case then your website needs to reflect that change."

However, if you have to contact customer service for ANYTHING don't expect to be treated like you spent what you did... because you won't. Even if it's one of the most expensive things or cheapest. Custom glasses, apparel.. doesn't matter. You'll get treated like something they scraped off a boot sole. And it's been the same person both times I've had to make contact with that has the same repeat treatment. Out of respect for his unprofessionalism, I'll refrain from putting it in this review.
