"Their banking App is ALWAYS down for maintenance EVERY WEEK. Why does only this bank have to do maintenance EVERY week. I can’t transfer money and or see my account. That’s a problem especially it’s always on the weekends. I’m about ready to close my accounts and move to a different credit union."
"I just called customer service, and when I asked a basic question about thier Saving account I was told, " You can find that information online, we don't answer those questions here.". I was so confused, I asked her if I had reached thier customer service department and she confirmed that I was speaking with customer service. Guess I'll just go online and look for another please to open a bank account at."
"customer service sucks, I think it is Juan, who seems to be happy by saying "no, we can't do that" he does not even bother to check with his supervisor. I wanted to get a seal stamp which any bank can do, if you have your ID with you, this seal it is to certify the name in the document matches your picture ID. Juan simply said "no we don't do that" second time I went to cash a check, Juan refused to just cash the check because my DL was expired in the system, (I didn't have my ID with me) mind you that I had been coming to the same branch for months made deposits and other transactions with Juan and he had never asked for my DL to be updated. I hope they could train the staff for a better customer service."
"It's an ok bank. As in okay if you don't want a bank that is up to date on the most basic technologies. It holds money fine, but wanting to see pending purchases? Sorry you can't. Their reason? Our vendor didn't develop that. Want to transfer money quickly to or from another bank? You have to dig to find that option. They didn't think the app or web access through at all. Customer service and release information is vague at best. The bank makes me think of something from the 90's with no hope of catching up to the current era."
