"Recently tried to order a bag for my kids gear, website said the bag was on stock. Turns out it wasn’t. Called them up, and was told in 2 weeks the bag would be back in stock and shipped to my residence. 3 weeks went by, still no bag or contact from the company. Had my wife call and inquire on the matter again and was offered a refund. We accepted the refund that still hasn’t been credited back to my card, that was 9 days ago. Screw this place. What a bunch of half a** individuals who care nothing about customer service or honesty. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Complete trash."
