"I generally forget to write a review but the staff at orange are great, Jeff and the managers (sorry if I’m leaving someone out) are just Bar-none the best to handle fireArm transactions. They come to work happy and know how to talk to a customer who knows about arms to a customer who is inquiring for the 1st time, would recommend this location!"

"I've been calling for over a week trying to purchase a shotgun. It's been a back and forth. I went in in-person and wasted 3+ hours of watching eyes rolling and condescending answers from the gun counter to be told that I must order online. I try to order online and it tells me to go into the store. When I call they hang up on me. I ask for a manager he hangs up on me. I lost patience and asked why the F they keep back and forthing just please tell me what is in stock as a semi auto 12g. CALIFORNIAcompliant , SIMPLE as that! He hangs up on me! Knowing exactly what I want or even asking what's available gets me treated poorly! Definitely other places to buy a gun!"

"This store appears to be severely understaffed on the weekends, and it takes multiple hours to complete a private party transfer here. Mistakes were made by store staff on the transfer paperwork which added to the ridiculous delay I experienced. Although the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I sadly cannot recommend this place as it was a huge waste of time."

"Basic but wide selection of guns and gear, no issues there, but customer service at the register when you call the store is trash. I've called multiple times to get information on my online purchases and other simple information and I am met with condescension, impatience and an attitude that demonstrates lack or professionalism and respect. I will not be returning to the store for my future purchases and I am currently looking to cancel my orders and buy from Proforce. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere."

"I placed an online order and received an email to go into the store to run DROS. When I arrived, I took my number and waited for roughly 30 minutes. I was assisted by Michael and he was very thorough and informative. It was during the week and to my surprise the store was quite busy. Once I returned after the 10 day waiting period, I once again took a number and was called immediately. This time around Brody assisted me and noticed some scratches on my rifle. He advised that his manager was out for the day, but that if I gave him some time he would see what he could do for me since it was an e-commerce order. The following day I was contacted by Ryan and we were able to resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner. My overall experience at Turners was great! The staff does not rush you and they make an effort to answer all questions. They offer a wide variety or weapons, ammo and accessories. I look forward to continue doing business with Turners due to the awesome customer service."
