"REVISED REVIEW. Don’t waste your money. I bought two sets of hoop wicks. The first set unraveled on their first burn. The second set also unraveled and cut me. The owner has been silent for 3 weeks after saying they were sending me out replacements . $200 invested and I haven’t been able to actually use the product ONCE. BUYER BEWARE. No communication, but when you actually get a response it’s a lie. Arrival windows are just posted to get you to buy. My order sat with a “shipping label created” for two weeks after i was told it would be shipped that day. How this company stays afloat, I do not know. So many horrible new reviews and they don’t even try to apologize to their customers. Whoever the new ownership is seems to enjoy leisurely making props but cannot keep up with the volume of a business."

"Two terrible ordering experiences back to back now. First one took way too long to be fulfilled after paying for express delivery, I still had to go pick it up. Decided to put another order in, and even chose the pick up option… That was almost 2 months maybe more ago, and I have not received a call, email, text. Not will they return a call, email or even have their phone on the answer. It goes straight to voicemail. They pretty much robbed me."
