HOVSCO E-Bikes

"Bought the bike alpha from Amazon. Has defective issue with kickstand that caused lcd display holder to break. Contacted them and was told to deal with the seller hovsco on Amazon. This kind of information should be clearly posted on Amazon and hovsco website but i failed to find it on either one. Still dealing with the seller on amazon. Very disappointed on the company and the bike."

"Tried to buy a bike from them. Had requested it sent to my work to avoid porch theft. They requested mortgage level photos of id and identification docs. Sent me a misspelled email, bit of a red flag. I finally gave up and requested a refund. They sent me a shady looking screenshot and no e-commerce level receipt. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to resolve it. Very disappointed with the made up and shady “security” protocols and diy documentation. I wont be recommending them to anyone I care for."
