"I had a super 73 that I dropped off for a tube change on my back tire. When I got the bike back my tire was completely off of the rim and the rim was bent, there is a cord that connects to my motor and they super glued it shut so it can’t open anymore. That’s $500 worth in damage already alone. Not only that but when they put my peg back on my bike they put it in the wrong spot and drilled a whole new hole into my rim. Now I have to get a new rim, a new tire and tube, a new motor for my back tire. That’s almost 1 grand in damage. Just because I asked them to fix my flat tire. If I could put 0 stars to publish this I would. I’ve never been so disappointed in a bike shop before. This is my only form of transportation and now I have to walk everywhere ."
