While there were some who were mostly nice I felt the staff was overall pushy about sales, didn't fully answer my questions, and almost felt annoyed to help me. "I was at Lululemon Melrose store at around 6:15pm and store was empty and my brother was trying to purchase the license to train paints, street shorts, and a waste bag via phone and wanted to pay by phone but the manager said she is unable to order by phone and that this is Illegal and I Explained her I am a Lululemon Custumer and I was even wearing Lululemon pants and shirt and we have an account in the computer system with Lululemon. I always shop by phone. I spend thousands at Lululemon. She was very rude to me and doesn’t know how to treat the customers right. She refused to let me purchase my items and wasted my time in store. I left the store and I called customer service. Customer service said she could take the order by phone and Apologized to me. I ended up ordering with customer service by phone. This store is Terrible. The Manager is terrible and I recommend you guys to never shop at this store. Please go to another location."

"The is my usual stop for Lululemon products. The minimalist designed store has a simple and clean interior. I like to thank all of the staff for a nice experience today. Everyone was very professional. Overall, my last 2 visits during pandemic was very good. Excellent interactions just makes everyone feel good! I will definitely continue my patronage here as well as recommend to my clients, friends and family. They were very attentive and just GENUINELY NICE while taking safety measures. These days during pandemic times, I get the feeling that employee's seem to be very guarded preventing them to provide satisfactory to excellent service. We need to work as a community and come together to help each other feel at ease during these unprecedented times."
