"Purchased shoes online for $110 and change. Supposed to deliver 2-6 days. Website, payment, etc. appeared legit. Had I known I was purchasing from a store at street mall strip I wouldn't have purchased. Have not received shoes for my niece (soccer cleats) as specified. I have called, texted, and emailed several times. Return email was "Thomas Jefferson" with no response. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute charge since I have not received shoes per purchase. Note, I fully support small business. However if this is the "service" it's better to go on Amazon or E-bay. This has been extremely negative/disappointing experience. I don't recommend purchasing from this store."
"This store needs better customer service. I called in advance to check and see if they have an original FC Barcelona jersey. They told me they did and that they are sponsored by La Liga. So I made the long drive to purchase one. Upon my arrival, no one was working there except for a few ladies doing eyebrows. They did not have FC Barcelona jerseys or original Jerseys at all. Wasted my time."
"Got here and got a really good pair of soccer shoes, kangaroo leather...they got really good colors and designs, womens and all. Service is excellent, they got the machinery to make custom logos and uniforms also...a must for soccer teams. Its very trendy but reasonably priced."
