"Update 2 Review: Tldr: no real greeting, no instructions, treated me very unprofessionally. Very poor customer service. I came to drop off two items, I stood a few feet in front of the register until the clerk acknowledged me. I approached the register to his left, my right, and he said nothing. I stood there, looking at him for a moment and he said nothing. Then .. I heard a metal tapping sound coming from the other side and I realized he was tapping on the scale. I could not see the scale from where I was so we're lucky that i even looked to see what that sound was. I'm sorry, but I'm not a trained dunprofessional., I don't know what you want if you do not use words; that was incredibly insulting. Updated Review: Drop off went as expected; quick and easy. They accepted my Amazon package which means they worked out their Amazon issues. Original Review: "No Amazon" here. Wow. For a "UPS Store" this is hugely disappointing. If this was a generic shipping store that does UPS, I would understand"

"PRINT YOUR OWN LABELS BEFORE GOING THERE I tried to get a label printed at the location and there was a $20 price difference vs what I estimated online. When I asked why, they couldn't give me a straight answer as to why printing a label online was cheaper than doing it in store, for the same exact thing. The answers they did give made zero sense too. Even worst is I had to pay extra $ to print my label there since they couldn't price match the obvious better price."

"DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I submitted two Amazon returns here earlier this year. The guy tried to charge me for the returns then dropped the charge. Then the guy only returned one of the items and pocketed the other (ear buds) and I wound up having to pay for the item."
