"Why on god's green earth does this store hold a skateboarding event IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PARKING LOT where not only can the skateboarders easily be hit by cars, but they could easily hit parked cars??? I saw one car slam on their breaks right after turning into the driveway to avoid hitting a skateboarder!!!Not to mention that the rails are blocking cars from backing out of the stalls. You have a whole, long paved driveway at the side of the complex where nobody parks or drives their cars...why not skate there??? The next time I see this going on in the parking lot, I'm calling the cops."

"This is a tough one for me. Not only am I a skater, I’m a partner in a small business. When I came into the shop weeks ago to enter the Nike raffle, it was obvious I was annoying the employee when asking him how to enter the raffle. But since I never do reviews, and realized he was probably just annoyed with all the Nike Power Puff craziness, I let it go. It wasn’t the worst experience I ever had so definitely not enough for me to write a review. I figured I’d give them a second chance; which leads me to today, Skate Shop day. I saw the Instagram stories during the week regarding the special SSD decks they’re going to have on Skate Shop day, I even called to make sure. I arrived an hour and a half before they open and secured our first place in line. When they opened the shop, there were zero Skate Shop day decks in the store. Not only that, the decks were at somebody’s house with an unknown ETA. I had already been there since 9:30am and had to run and couldn’t wait for who knows how long for the decks to arrive. You would think those decks would’ve been showcased & ready to go?? it was such a letdown to walk into a Skate Shop on Skate Shop day and there was zero excitement or preparedness for this rad occasion. My son and I were so stoked to each pick out a deck. This was also bummer because it’s an hour drive for us, and I passed multiple shops that are affiliated with Skate Shop day to get to Furnace. We waited around for a little bit, but by the time we left and after calling around some other shops (which were already open) the decks that we wanted were long sold out earlier that morning. Trying to support furnace really backfired and was unfortunately a bust for us. We did stop another skate shop, decks were sold out, but got some T-shirts and some shoes to salvage the day, and try to keep the SSD stoke alive for the both us."

"Entered a raffle that was supposed to be done the day of the release no call so assume I didn't get chosen. They called me today almost a week later and said that I won the raffle for the shoe to come in and pick it up . I missed the call and called back and they told me to go pick em up and I said okay ill go over and then they call me 20 min later saying that cause I missed the call they have called someone else and they took the shoe already like cmon no organization here of course I didn't answer the call people have job and I called back as soon as a can they tell me one thing and then another. This is not okay . This need to be fix made me drive 20 min away from house to receive a call saying someone else picked them like I live 30 min away from this store and had to waste gas money all excited thinking ama get the shoe. This store is a joke . I will call corporate for this ..."

"I’ve been coming to this skate shop ever since I was a wee boy( 15 plus years ). Everyone one there is accepting of any skill level and just appreciates the culture. 10/10"
