The young lady ( I am so embarrassed that I have forgotten her name as I had my dog with me and i was distracted...) that helped me was just exceptional. Her soft approach to asking about my goals and NOT selling me was more than welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and just addressed in a very natural manner.
