"Takes 3-4 days to fill a prescription that should’ve and needed to be available same day according to doctor, rude unhelpful staff at pharmacy. Choose a different pharmacy for your sake and the sake of your health."

"Spent 6 hours trying to get needed medicine for my 2 year old son. They initially said it would be ready at 2pm when called at noon, but it still wasn't ready at 5pm. When I told their staff that was ridiculous they couldn't follow through on their promises, Michael the pharmacist came over to tell me to chill out and they're doing the best they can. Mind, you the medication we needed was pre-packaged and just needed a label slapped on it. When I called Walgreens corporate I was disconnected 2 separate times and finally gave up. It seems like Walgreens has given up on any semblance of customer service or caring in general. They need to get out of the healthcare field if they treat people this way when children need medication!"

"Deforest Walgreens is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. I called and nobody answered the phone was on hold for half hour. So drove to store while still on hold walked in, and went to pharmacy and there wasn't even one customer there. Workers were doing nothing. So asked why they couldn't answer the phone and the guy behind counter said there's only 3 of us here. So what is your point. They're all rude and lazy."

"Worst customer service experience I think I've experienced in my life and I'm 61 yo. Have been trying to work with them to resolve a refill issue and initially it started out helpful but today the pharmacy staff has repeatedly put my phone call on hold and refuses to talk with me. Total rudeness."

"Went through the drive thru at the pharmacy and a tech literally slammed the phone down to dismiss us without asking if I needed to speak to a pharmacist for my new prescription. Last I worked for Walgreens I was taught that was illegal."
