"Great LA team store, they sell Lakers, clippers, and Kings gear. If a team is playing a game the store is taken over for that day. Great selection of hats that you don't typically find in Lids. They have jerseys, jackets, shirts and all sort of accessories. The new kobe statue out front is cool to see."

"EXCELLENT Merch Selection. BAD Staff Selection... I'm impressed with the quality LA KINGS items they had here and I'm not even their fan. There's plenty of jackets, jerseys, shirts, hats, and items for little ones at this store! The store is also massive and has a variety of items. Now, don't get me wrong just because they have good quality items doesn't mean they warrant the price. Some things are too expensive, I mean it's the NHL. However, they do have some deals here and there. SO, the staff, I'm tired of stuck up staff looking customers up and down, it's honestly tacky. Several of the staff did that here and it's extremely disrespectful. Plus, they're not very helpful and they lack any kind of haste. The lines are long at the merch line, speed it up guys. It's sad because the staff in the rest of the arena are great, I guess they put the worst of the worst here."

"I haven't received the item I ordered three months ago. I have emailed numerous times only to be told to be patient and will ship my item soon. I think I have been more than patient, however, I haven't been given a satisfactory response other than it seems they're too busy to send my item! Never ordering from them again."

"Terrible customer service - if I could no stars I would! Fans were let out of arena but unable to enter the shop or go back via arena. We are on a trip from Australia so little options or time to come back. A very kind security from crypto arena helped us eventually get in but the a very rude female shop assistant refused to help me get one jersey for my son and said the shop was shut. We left empty handed. Thanks for nothing. You ruined our trip and many other fans who were in the same situation."

"Very rude customer service. I understand during a game it’s overwhelming with the amount of people allowed into the shop, but there’s no need for the workers to yell at the customers for “pulling on the sweatshirts” and accuse them of moving the walls they didn’t lock while looking for a size. Looking for a size is impossible when the items are displayed about 6 feet above the ground. Needs better visual merchandising and planning. Better off just ordering products online, especially the BornxRaised lines when they drop."
