"Possibly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Received an email last week saying my shoes were ready for pickup. Show up last Saturday and I’m told they can’t give me my shoes because they don’t want ppl taking in boxes to the game later that day. I said I wasn’t going to the game and the lady said too bad they’re not even ready for pickup. I asked where the notification was and she said lafc posted a story on their ig (no they didn’t, I checked). Said to come back after Tuesday. It’s the following Saturday (only day of the week I have time to come, because of their stupid hours) and they’re closed due to an event. Again with no notice they were going to be closed. As an lafc fan I’m disappointed. Instead of accountability, the employees get defensive. Don’t recommend shopping at the lafchq ever. Reps don’t respond to emails (almost 3 weeks now, multiple follow ups and not a peep)"
