"Worat hotel ever! I booked a room online. I'm a doordash and only had so much money. I get here and they refuse to give me a room. Because there is a $50 incidental charge. Spend a little more money in ghost somewhere else!"

"I traveled since 5 am to come into town for a family emergency. I'm tired, need a shower etc, It's noon on a Wed parking lot is empty. I went in and asked if I could please check in a couple hours early. She informed that yes my room is ready but she cannot release it to me unless I pay her additional money. $25 I paid 50 for the whole night and now they want $25 for 2 and a half hours. Very disappointed. Never staying here again"

"Overall it was not a bad experience for the price. As other mentioned the drain in the bathroom is very slow. Breakfast was OK, but most hotel breakfasts are just OK. Room was clean enough. Because the price was significantly cheaper then other hotels I would stay again. But if you are expecting a quality place, look elsewhere."

"Was dirty upon checking in. They took of $50 security deposit that was told will be returning me the next day and now when I asked her back they said it could take up to 2 weeks! Then knocking on your door at 10:00 rushing you to check out when it clearly stays. Check out. It's about 11:00. Rude staff. Subpar. Clean conditions and don't pay for any type of security deposit unless you plan to not getting it back for 2 weeks..."

"We booked for 2 nights for a Thursday night Packers game. When we walked in, the room looked decent. We went to take a shower and the shower had a very slow drain- as we showered the water had risen up to our ankles. We found a note from the previous room occupants complaining of the same happening. We asked for more towels; we were told that they bring them right up but had to go get ourselves because the man working desk was eating. We went to pull down comforter for bed and there was a fresh blood spot on the comforter- neither my husband nor I had bled. The blood side looked like it was deliberately hidden on that side instead of replacing for a clean one. We were told that we may get a small refund for this but nothing as of yet. On a positive note, the woman that worked the front desk during the morning shift was very nice, apologetic and sweet- we have no ill will against her. Will not stay there again."
