"I would never stay here again. The bed were extremely old and creaky. The room had no tempature control in the room at all. As it got later and later the room was colder. There was also a housekeeper who was complaining on the phone that she had to stay an extra "2 hours" and that the manager takes advantage of that, because other housekeepers did not show up for there shift. It was extremely unprofessional and just very tacky to be honest. You should never be in an open space where customers can hear you complaining about work. It's too many other hotels around greenbay where I'm sure they have beds that aren't old and creaky and more professional workers."

"This is my second stay. Both stays the staff were friendly, facility and room were clean and in very good shape. The breakfast had a nice variety and was good. Lastly, for the quality of the hotel, the prices were very fair."

"I honestly don't know where to start on this awful hotel. The rooms are beyond tiny unless you like the locked in someone's basement vibe. The bathroom was the tiniest room I have ever been in and the pillows on the bed were so small. Who doesn't have pillows that cover the width of the bed? The hot tub and pool are so small that they almost shouldn't include them as an amenity... There were so many kids that it made it almost impossible to sleep. On top of it someone tried walking in our room at 11 pm... We were lucky enough to be standing by the door and we were able to close and lock it. The only solution was for them to switch our room, at midnight! Honestly spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere else! The only reason I left two stars instead of one is that their housekeeping staff are very friendly! They were the only ones to smile and say anything to me during our whole nightmare of a stay!"

"Front desk customer service at check-in was outstanding. Someone who takes pride in doing their job. Everything was nice and orderly in the lobby, and the room is in excellent condition. Bed and bath in Immaculate condition very impressive. Well-appointed with microwave and large mini fridge freezer, looks like newly remodeled. Conveniently located within the airport complex. She said I can call for an airport shuttle anytime, and they'll be here within 5 minutes. $79 for a Tuesday nite. Next time I fly out of Green Bay Austin Straubel, I'm coming back."

"My husband and I just stayed there for our vow renewal after 27 years together. The lady I talked to while making reservations was very helpful with finding somewhere to privately renew our vows. She must have made a note in the reservation because upon check-in there was a gift bag waiting for us with some goodies. Thank you again, it was sweet and appreciated! We stayed in the Jungle room, which I loved. I absolutely loved the big bed and pillows. The whirlpool was great. The room size was nice, with a separate TV, couch dining table area. There was a nice patio for the room (could use a few plants by it). Bathroom was typical size, well stocked. The room was perfectly clean and everything worked great. We will definitely be staying here in the future. The staff was very friendly. Great place to stay for a couples vacation."
