"I have been coming here for years. These are the people I have trusted for years. I have been calling and texting for two weeks. I get that people are busy but a straight up answer would be nice as I have important tax information that needs to get taken care of. Were is the professional curtousy we have shown eackothere? Instead I'm neatly avoided and put aside. They could just given me a date or say no...Needless to say my feelings are very hurt. A response to your edit. You did tell me that you could meet at the end of the month. But then you avoided me for another week. I said I needed time, but if I could please have a date. I even called and texted you a few times with no response. I said i would not mind waiting. When I shared with you my concerns you could not even offer me an apology or even a concern for me feelings. My taxes are important and I don't appreciate you just leaving me in the dark wondering if I had a tax guy. It would a been really cool to just get a date as I was politely asking. If you didn't wanna help me you coulda just said you couldn't. I would have just appreciated a straight answer. I felt strung along and then shamed for posting how I really felt. Mind you it took me posting this to get a response from you just saying "thanks for the google review". I would a taken it down like you asked had you actually addressed my concerns because we have been doing buisness for years(10plus). I normally don't like being like this and posting a review like this but it's principal. You could have just said you were sorry and Said you didn't have time. Instead of just trying to save face. I'm sorry and honesty would been just fine."

"I didn’t know who to go to too file my taxes late (I missed the deadline and extended deadline) so my mom and stepfather told me to reach out Mariposa Tax services. They said I can do everything online. I uploaded all my documents from my phone and communicated through email. Barry helped me out and was very professional, and responded quite quickly, and walked me through everything. It was very easy. And the whole process took about a week and a half (including receiving my refunds). I also received both my refunds on the same day 2 days before the actual deposit date. I was very happy and thankful for their help. I definitely recommend this place.!"
