"Bad service. They can never answer the phone. Also They get lost between them. I feel like they don’t make notes when we talk and the next person I talk to they don’t know what’s going on. I’m with them for about 5 years just because there are some Brazilian people who works there. But I guess we don’t speak the same Portuguese because everything I asked for she didn’t do it. And now I’m paying a lot of fees for it. Also I asked to change the agency so my price went high. Just so you all know I got an accident and I sold my car because I knew the price would go up. So I asked to take my name out from my wife’s policy so they didn’t do it and now I’m paying fees for it. My wife was paying $83/month and now they are charging $159/month for the same driver with the same car with no accidents or tickets. And guess what ? Nobody can help they can’t explain why and my wife’s price still that high"

"Wow, I wish I could put negative stars on this. My family has been with State Farm for decades and they are generally nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. Not this agent. Our family policy got switched to Lazaro Neto's branch (without consent) in March or so of 2020. We all know that was an insane time, and I'm sure many companies were scrambling to deal with WFH. Somehow a Corolla got put onto our policy that we did not notice for a couple of months. However, once we did, we contacted them about it. First, they tried say it was on our end, but no one in my family has ever owned a Corolla. Then, when we finally convinced them we had no such car (EVER), they said they would work on getting it removed, but not refund the payments or prorate those payments on future ones. When we told them that was unacceptable, as this was their fault, they stopped responding to calls and emails. We had to contact State Farm itself to get someone from the main department to advocate for us against this agent. Thankfully, we were eventually refunded the money, but it took months and quite a few angry phone calls. Had this insurance agent and his employees just admitted that it was their mistake, and an understandable one at that, given the time period, and gotten on top of the refund and policy change, we would have been a lot less cranky about everything. It was just absolutely unprofessional to try to blame us, the customers, refuse to rectify the problem, and then ignore our concerns."
