TownePlace Suites by Marriott Janesville

"The only reason they got one star is because I had to. Your TownePlace Suites in Janesville Wi. I recently checked into your hotel because of tornado damage. We have been here since the 13th of Febuary. The insurance reserved through the 25th of April, I know that cause the receptionist said that to me. Yesterday I went down to extend my stay till the 15th of March and they told me that they had OVER BOOKED on the 5th of March so I have to check out for that night then come back the next day. So I am paying for their mistake. I didn't over book them why is it I have to check out. Why don't they call the people they over booked. I have been here since the 13 the of Febuary. I have to pack everything and then bring it back and unpack it cause they over booked it. ITS NOT RIGHT!!!! I know you won't do anything cause you don't give a damn... I will tell you now I have a big mouth and I will tell everyone that will listen about what you have done. And HIGHLY suggest that they NOT stay at your hotels..."

"Friendly and helpful staff in an ideal location just off I-39. There’s a Hy-Vee Supermarket an easy walk 150 yards away, a full service grocery that even has hot food."

"The rooms are wonderful with the mini suites. It's nice to know you could make dinner yourself rather than having to go out th get a bite to eat. Their location is fine other than finding the entrance to the place which to me is odd. You have to drive thru a parking lot of a strip mall. Maybe the consider it an auxiliary road, it just doesn't seem like one. And the hotel is located in back of the strip mall. So it's different but not easy to navigate to the place."

"Very comfortable and clean hotel. The two queen suite had a spacious layout, nice kitchenette, modern bathroom. Staff were great. Would be great for longer stays."

"In the beginning we were not very happy because the room was smaller than we thought and kitchen was not full kitchen as we requested, but the staffs and particularly the manager, Benjamin, were very kind and efficiently made all the necessary changes for us. This is not the biggest and fanciest hotel in the world, yet having stayed here for more than three months, we really believe it’s one of the warmest hotels where we have ever stayed. The staffs, every single one of them and the manager were all hard working people and always willing to help you from the bottom of their hearts. Thank you, indeed!"
