"I recently stopped into the store with a few buddies on a cycling trip. We live in Toronto and frequent all the upscale stores, as well as other stores around the world when on bike trips. This store stands out not only because they have great products but because their owner Elon is a fantastic dude. The store is spotless and showcases bikes superbly. His workstation is modern and meticulously organized. One of my friends had tire troubles and Elon helped him out immediately as he understood we were visiting and needed to get out rides in. He gave my friend a tube incase he had other troubles and was just a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Plenty of other stores could learn from Elon’s great attitude and customer service. We’ll definitely stop by next time we’re in town."

"This place is definitely not for kids. I tried to take my 2 girls there as it's time to start shopping for larger bikes for them. And they were both so excited, but as we were walking down the sidewalk close to the store, one of the employees, a tall guy with a shaved head and covered with tattoos, was standing in the doorway talking loudly to another employee and they were using the most foul language. They were saying terrible things. It was very upsetting as my daughters were clearly shocked and disturbed. So I immediately stopped and turned around to leave. Then I noticed the scary decoration in their store window and I knew for sure that children shouldn't be anywhere near there."
