"I've been having UPS packages delivered here for the last couple of years so that I don't have to be home to sign for them or have them sitting on my front porch until I get home. But now, suddenly, this store has decided that they will no longer accept these deliveries, even though they are on the list of places where I can have my UPS packages delivered. So, you guessed it, they just refused a UPS package delivery, and they also refused to help me to get it rerouted somewhere else. They claim they don't contract with UPS for that. Even though they are "The UPS Store." It's right there in the name. Unbelievable. They should not be allowed to call themselves a UPS Store. They lost my business and anyone else I can convince to not use them."

"If I could give a ZERO star, I would. I have been a loyal customer of this store for 2 years, paying them for printing, Notary services and other tasks at least once a month. I tried to drop off an Amazon return today, in the original packaging from Amazon, and was told that the box had to be taped shut. I said, then please do so. She said it would cost me $1.00. I had no money along because this was a free return for a wrongly sent item. I asked that she please just waive the silly fee and she declined. Are you kidding me? So I left with my package and, because this store would not invest ONE PIECE OF TAPE into customer care, they have now forever lost that customer."

"Joe (owner) was extremely helpful to me in locating the shipping label on my phone, printing it and securing it all in a pouch (and it wasen’t even a UPS issue). Definitely took the stress off my morning. I’ve been going to this store for years and everyone is very helpful. Don’t understand some of the negative comments. I only know my encounters have been excellent with everyone."
