"In the time and world customer services goes lacking. That is certainly not the case with Gary Mehta at Mail Service Center. He always greets me with a welcoming smile and by my first name. I have used his service for over 20 years for everything from mailing to postal box to notary services. He is someone we can always count on. Gary provides excellent personal service in every phase of his business. Mailing Service Center is the the best in the business!"
"Gary is super helpful and reliably secures all my important packages and mail. On top of everything else, he is a Notary Public. Additionally, when I am traveling he mails the contents of my mailbox to me each week. I have used this service for five years and have never once had a complaint."
"We have been using Gary for years and he is honest and very helpful. This is a Contract Postal Service Station so the rates for US Post Office services are the same as you would pay at the post office. Gary also provides FedEx and UPS shipping, and a range of other services. He is located behind the barber shop at 65 Washington, and should not be confused with the other, private mailing service several doors down that charges much higher rates."
"The few times I've been here, the gentleman who works here has been very nice and super helpful. Honestly 5 stars until today I was disappointed today when I tried to send an at-home COVID test at the Fed-Ex Dropbox they have here. He flipped out on me told me to tell everyone to stop trying to send their tests from there. I didn't know who he was talking about as I don't know anyone else who has these test kits, or whether he was even allowed to reject my package. I checked with FedEx to verify, and what he was trying to say was that this place does NOT ship packages considered 'dangerous goods' like COVID tests. It's a fair policy and makes perfect sense but unfortunately, he did a really bad job of handling this interaction with me and left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I hope he finds a better way of explaining this policy to other customers in the future."
