"Last week I stopped in to package up some paintings, initially I wanted to send them through UPS but prices were too high (although they tried hard to find an alternative shipping method for me!), so I ended up just having UPS package the paintings which I brought as checked luggage. The paintings were very well protected and arrived safely, I was impressed with all the effort which was made to package them in such a careful manner! "I used this shop because they're closer and I was trying to avoid driving in traffic. But unfortunately, people working at this location are completely incompetent. I dropped off a box of frozen food for overnight shipping. They did not send my box because they thought there was dry ice in the box. They did not bother to call me untill 28 hours after I dropped it off to say that they did not ship my box. The entire food went bad and had to be discarded. No refund for the food they destroyed either. I'll NEVER use this location again. I've used the UPS store located at the junction of 41st Ave & Soquel Drive many times and I've never had ANY issues there. They are fantastic!"
